I didn’t always feel this connected to myself, to my spirit, or to my power.

For a long time, I second guessed my own knowing. (Libra problems.) I felt everything deeply but held so much in, unsure how to release it or trust it. I didn’t realize the sensitivity I carried was actually sacred. That my softness was a strength. That my energy was always meant to lead me home.

 I carry the medicine of someone who’s walked through the dark and touched a light so powerful, it rewired my heart.
That light changed everything. Now, I help others return to their own — the one that’s always been there, waiting to rise. 

My spiritual awakening reminded me of how powerful I am. It gave me a confidence I wish I had known when I was younger, the kind that comes not from being perfect, but from being fully yourself.

That’s what Soul Glow is all about.

I’m a mom and a wife, and everything I do is rooted in love. I’ve done the inner work not just for me, but so I can be the kind of woman my family can feel proud of — steady, emotionally safe, and aligned. I’m an empath. I need harmony. And I believe in healing that actually feels good: soft, safe, sacred.
